Meaning
Deactivates Proxy ARP for this WAN partner.
The gateway answers an ARP request only if
the status of the connection to the WAN partner
is up (active) or dormant (idle). In the case of
dormant, the gateway only answers the ARP
request; the connection is not set up until
someone actually wants to use the route.
