CHANGING THE FORKS OIL
• Place a container under the stanchion and remove
screw (V).
• Allow as much oil as possible to drain out.
• Disassemble the stanchions as described above.
• Turn the stanchion upside down to drain out the resid-
ual oil.
Hydraulic fluid is corrosive and can cause
serious personal injury.
Spent oil must be disposed of in compliance
with local legislation.
• Refit drain screw (V).
NOTE Before refitting, renew the copper washer
under screw (V).

• Carefully pour new oil into the stanchion.
Quantity per stanchion:
• Check the oil level as described above.
• Reassemble the stanchion components and then refit
the stanchions to the scooter.
