D) DISABLE OIL ALARM
Disabling of OIL alarm (CHECK or CHANGE) can only be
carried out by authorized personnel, according to the
following procedure:
• Turn the switch to the OFF position.
• While keeping the switch at OFF, press MODE.
• While keeping MODE pressed, turn the switch to ON.
This procedure allows the authorized Concessionary to
report the completed maintenance to the system. It will
result in a confirmation message, OIL OFF, which lasts
about 10 seconds.
NOTE Buttons' functions are disabled while the
confirmation message is displayed.

MILES OR KILOMETRES SELECTION

When riding in countries where different measurement systems are used, you can change the unit of measurement of
the distance travelled and recorded road speeds (instantaneous and average) from kilometres to miles or vice versa.
To make this change, the ignition key must be OFF
• Disconnect the power supply for a few minutes by removing and refitting the main fuse.
The selection menu will appear on the display.
• Turn ON the ignition key.
• Select the desired unit of measurement by pressing the MODE button when the unit required is displayed.
The data in the memory (except TOD) will be reset.
This choice must be made every time the digital instrument panel remains without power for several
minutes.
IMPORTANT: Using a unit of measurement that differs from the one used in the country where you
are driving may lead to incorrect calculations, especially concerning road speed, with consequent
risk for the safety of the rider and others and liability to traffic offence fines.
