CHANGING THE FORK OIL

• Place a container under the damper and remove screw
(V).
• Allow as much oil as possible to drain out.
• Disassemble the dampers as described above.
• Turn the damper upside down to drain out the resi-
dual oil.
Hydraulic fluid is corrosive and can cause
serious personal injury.
Spent oil must be disposed of in complian-
ce with local legislation.
• Refit drain screw (V).
NOTE When reassembling renew copper washer
under screw (V).

• Carefully pour new oil into the damper
• Check the oil level as described above.
• Reassemble the damper components and then refit
the dampers to the scooter.
