PASSWORD 250 i.e.

REAR DISC

• (Remove silencer).
• (Remove rear brake caliper).
• (Remove right-hand shock absorber).
• (Remove rear mudguard).
• (Remove rear wheel).
The thickness of the rear brake disc must
NEVER be less than 3.5 mm; otherwise,
RENEW THE DISC.
• Undo screws (V5).
When reassembling, use new screws and ap-
ply a high strength threadlocker.

NUMBER PLATE HOLDER
REAR FAIRING
• (Remove seat).
• (Remove helmet compartment).
• (Remove battery compartment tunnel cover).
• (Remove rear fairing).
• (Remove taillight).
• Disconnect cables (C).
• Undo screws (V4).
There is a metal bushing under each screw.
NOTE At the time of reassembly remember to fit
clamp (A) in the position indicated.
