Touch the key for the
account that you wish
to initialize.
To initialize the Volume
Track Data (E.K.C.)
counters for other
accounts, continue
selecting Volume
numbers.

Touch [Clear].
The Individual Counter Clear screen appears.

Touch [Yes].

Touch [Enter].
The Total, Large Size, Duplex Copy and Scan counters for the selected
account are initialized.
The Upper Limit value is not initialized.

To initialize the Volume Track Data (E.K.C.) counters for all accounts, touch [All
Counter Reset].
The All Counter Reset screen appears.
