Pin Retaining Collar; Removing The Driven Half-Pulley Bearing - Gilera GP 800 i.e. Service Station Manual

GP 800 i.e.
- Do not open the masses using tools to prevent a
variation in the return spring load.

Pin retaining collar

- Extract the collar using 2 screwdrivers.
- Remove the 4 guide pins.
- Extract the moving driven half-pulley.

Removing the driven half-pulley bearing

- Check that the bushing is free from wear and
damage; otherwise replace the fixed driven half-
pulley.
- Remove the lock ring using pliers.
