If the PCS4 has never been configured and is still set for factory defaults, skip to step 4.
If not, perform a mode 4 system reset to restore the factory-set values (see
the
Unit" in the "Front Panel Features and Operations" section for the resetting
procedure).
NOTE:
The PCS4 must be configured with the factory default IP address
(192.168.254.254) before you execute the ARP command, as described
below.

On the computer, access the command prompt, then enter
address for the PCS4, a space, and finally the PCS4 MAC address (taken from the label
on the rear panel). For example:
arp -s 10.13.170.15 00-05-A6-00-0A-90

To verify that the new address has been set, execute a ping command by entering
followed by the new IP address, at the command prompt.
