The status of each meter is:
- On <=> metering in operation
- Off <=> metering stopped (values of the meters 0)
- Stop <=> metering stopped (values of the meters preserved)
Hour meter page:
The duration of the metering uses the following format: XXXh (for hours) XXm
(for minutes) XXs (for seconds)
NOTE: Beyond 999h 59m 59s "---h--m--s" is displayed, but the internal metering
duration keeps running correctly.
