Answering a Call

Call Screen

You can filter the list by touching All, Placed, or Received.
To see more details about a call listed on the Recent Calls screen, touch
next to the entry.

Calling from the Contacts Screen

If your system administrator has added a Directory and Favorite contacts, you
can see the list on the Contacts screen.
To place a call from the Contacts screen:

From the Home screen, touch

Touch an entry to place the call.
To see more details about an entry in Favorites, touch
If the Polycom RealPresence Group system does not answer incoming calls
automatically, you are prompted to answer manually. Touch Answer or
Ignore when a call comes in.
When you are in a call, the Call screen appears. From the Call screen you can
complete these tasks:
Touch the Volume slider to adjust the volume at your site.
Touch the Mute icon to mute or unmute your microphones.
Touch Hang up to end the call.
Touch Add call to add another call participant.
Touch Cameras to adjust the cameras or view presets.
Touch Keypad to send DTMF tones.
Touch Show Content to select, start, or stop content.
Touch Layout to choose a video layout at your site.
Touch
to get more information about the participants in the call or
view call statistics.
If you navigate away from the Call screen during a call, you can return to it at
any time by touching the green Back to the Call button.
