Activates secondary functions when combined with other

Move right through the menu structure
If cursor is currently at a menu selection, cycles the value
backward
Open the Go To search function.
Move left through the menu structure
If cursor is currently at a menu selection, cycles the value
forward
Toggles recording on and off.

Confirm a change or selection
Return to search function if viewing a recorded clip.
