Evidence CD
Locating Video to Save

This chapter covers how to find video clips and record them onto a CD from the front
panel of the HRDV if it has an installed CD-RW.
There are two ways to make an Evidence CD:
•
Locally from the front panel if the unit has an installed CD-RW
•
From RAS using a PC with a CD-RW (see

Use only name brand CDs when burning clips.
Note
When video is saved to an installed CD-RW in the HRDV, an evidence viewer
program is automatically added (see

Note
A single CD can store approximately 500 MB of video.
