Managing Operator PIN Codes

As supervisor, you can create operator PIN codes for controlling access to the mailing
system.
You can then assign each PIN code a list of specific accounts that can be charged
only to that PIN code.
You can only manage operator PIN codes if the mailing system is in the following
'Account modes' (see p.107 ):
Accounts with access control
Remote account management

In the mailing system, each PIN code is associated with a name, a list of accounts
and a status (active or not).
You have to set these parameters when creating an operator PIN code.
