This area allows quick access to the menu, mailbox and four customised menu

Direct access buttons can be customized by the supervisor: see

The system has been set with the following default buttons:
Job Memories
Imprint type
Preferences
Report List

Accesses mailing system Menu, including the supervi-
sor login.
Opens the Mailbox to view or delete mailing system
messages.
Customisable shortcuts that provide direct access to
menu selections.

Provides access to a list of predefined jobs (rate and
imprint configurations).
Allows selection of either print postage, pass through,
incoming dating, or PPI printing if a PPI has been
downloaded onto the mailing system.
Sets system preferences for sound, brightness and
language.
Provides supervisor login for configuration and sys-
tem management.
