12.3 Unused or Spoilt Impressions

The Posts make allowance for any spoiled meter franking impres-
sions i.e., impressions made in error in respect of envelopes,
wrappers or unused labels, subject to certain conditions. For
details of the qualifying conditions, please contact your Postal
Administration directly.

12.4 Application for a new Credit PIN

If you lose or forget your Credit PIN you must apply for a new PIN
in writing on your company headed paper to Neopost or Neopost
representative.
If you find your old Credit PIN at a later date, it must be destroyed
immediately.
Please do not attempt to use an old Credit PIN to effect a
transaction.
When you receive your new Credit PIN, keep it in a safe place and
separate from your Franking Machine code.
