Modular Storage 100, the array may be turned off or there may be a
network failure between Storage Navigator Modular 2 and the array. See

failure, check that the hardware serial number in the email/SNMP

If a disk drive is shown, do not try to remove the faulty drive. Your
Hitachi Simple Modular Storage 100 is designed to prevent drives
form being removed. However, you can insert up to two spare
drives.
