White/White: Handset is registered with the stand and configured correctly to receive calls.
Unable to change handset display name: If you re-register a previously functioning handset with a
new name, the handset will display its account number (for example Account 1) after registration. You
must active the handset display (for example, by going off-hook) before the display is updated with
the new name.
Users unable to connect to voicemail: If users are unable to connect to voicemail or to the
Speak@Ease auto attendant application, the voicemail digit detection method may not be set
correctly on the IP DECT stand. Log into the Mitel IP DECT Stand Configurator interface. Click the
VoIP Account of the handset and change the DTMF signaling method. Try using "SIP INFO" or
"Inband" as the signaling method.
