SIP Configuration

SIP Server and SIP Accounts

The SIP server domain and proxy address can be configured from the handset menu: Settings – VoIP
settings – Accounts. Up to eight different servers can be configured individual via the menu
"Accounts".
The following can be configured via the handset:

Description
This parameter is used after the
@ as registration server.
If no proxy address is defined,
this also defines the server e.g.
SIP REGISTERs are sent to.
When defined all SIP packets are
sent to this address.
The part before domain name like
in sip:<sip user name>@rtx.dk
Name displayed for called party.
Account alias, presented to the
user in the handset menus.
Usually the same as SIP user
name, supplied by SIP provider.
Password supplied from SIP
provider.
