5610 Handset Configuration Notes

About the Handset Menu

The 5610 handset menu provides an interface to the IP DECT stand to allow the user to control
the handset capabilities. From the idle screen, there are three soft key options: Call log", "o"
(selected by pressing the OK key"), and "Options".
Options->Redial
This option allows the user to redial the last number dialed.
Options->Active calls
Provides a list of active calls so that the user can select the desired call when more than one is
active.
Options->VoIP Line
Allows the end user to display the account name of the handset.
OK->Contacts
Allows the user to display a list of contacts.
OK->Settings
Provides user with access to the administration options. Access to most of these options requires
that you enter a PIN code.
OK->Messages
Dials the voicemail number programmed in the VoIP Account of the stand.
OK->Call Log
Provides Incoming, Outgoing, and Missed call log information.
External calls that require a prefix digit to obtain an outside line, or other calls which require a
digit prefix, cannot be directly dialed from the call log.
