Feature Description
Caller ID Displays caller identification such as a phone number,
name, or other descriptive text on the phone screen.
Caller ID Blocks a user's phone number or e-mail address.
Blocking
Calling Party Globalizes or localizes the incoming calling party number
Normalization so that the appropriate calling number presentation
displays on the phone. Supports the international escape
character +.
Cisco Extension Allows a user temporarily to apply a phone number and
Mobility user profile settings to a shared Cisco Unified IP Phone by
logging into the Extension Mobility service on that phone.
Extension Mobility can be useful if users work from a
variety of locations within your company or if they share
a workspace with coworkers.
Cisco Extension Enables a user to change the PIN from a Cisco Unified
Mobility IP Phone by using the Change Credentials service of a
Change PIN Cisco Unified IP Phone.
Using the ChangePIN softkey on the Extension Mobility
logout screen
Cisco Extension Enables a user configured in a "home" cluster to log into
Mobility Cross a Cisco Unified IP Phone in another "visiting" cluster.
Cluster (EMCC)
Before you configure EMCC, configure Cisco Extension
Mobility on the Cisco Unified IP Phones.
Even though the Intercom feature works with Cisco
Extension Mobility (EM), it cannot be used with EMCC
because the feature must be enabled with a real phone
device. The Intercom feature cannot be enabled with
EM profiles.
