- Change the paper to thick paper.
- Check if paper is not damp.
- Switch the envelope levers.
- Make prints as lowering the envelope levers while the PR arm covers is
drawn out. (Refer to the figure below.)
Cause
- Check the machine's environment. (If the machine is used in the high
humidity environment, this symptom is likely to occur.)
