Listing Your Extension in the Directory

Your system may use automatic directory assistance, numeric directory assistance, or both, to
help callers find subscribers' extension numbers.
NOTE
You must have a recorded spelled name to be listed in your company phone
directory.
If your name is listed in your company phone directory, callers can enter the first three letters of
your name to locate you in the directory.
You can turn directory listing on and off using a phone or from the Mailbox Manager.

Call the messaging system and log on.

Press 1 to turn directory listing on or

To list your extension in the directory

Sign in to the Mailbox Manager.
Click the Profile tab.

Select if you want to be listed in the company phone directory:
Select List in the phone directory to have your extension listed in the directory.

Clear List in the phone directory to remove your extension from the directory.

Click Save.

NOTE
If you do not save your changes before navigating away, the changes are
not saved.
