Keep old messages in the voice mail system. Configures the system,

after forwarding a fax message to the e-mail system, to retain a copy on the
messaging system and mark it as an old message.
Keep new messages in voice mail system. Configures the system,
●
after forwarding a fax message to the e-mail system, to retain a copy on the
messaging system and announce it as a new message when the subscriber checks
fax messages. The option is only available if Forward faxes to the e-mail
system is selected.
Select the Receive e-mail notification of new messages check box if you want to

receive notification of a new voice mail or fax, but do not want the voice mail or fax
forwarded to your e-mail inbox.
If you select either the Forward voice mail to the e-mail system or Forward
faxes to the e-mail system this check box is unavailable.
Optionally, click Set saved e-mail password to change the password used to retrieve

voice messages through e-mail. See
information on changing your e-mail password.
Click Save.
