The interior pot was removed or not sitting properly on the Ultra Cooker's heating plate with
temperature sensor. If the interior pot is not sitting correctly on the cooker, it is not receiving
the information it needs to calibrate. Please unplug the electric cord for 5-10 seconds, then
carefully re-open the lid rotating the interior pot until it sits properly then re-plug the cord. This
should "reset" the cooker. If this does not work, another reason could be that the tempera-
ture sensor is not working properly. If this is the situation, you will want to contact your local
distributor or Carico's Customer Service Department for assistance.
You can expect years and years, of great meals from your Ultra Cooker.
The key elements of trouble free cooking are: Do not overload your cooker; the gasket must be
properly installed and the valves must be clean and ready to perform
their function. You must follow all care, use and precaution instructions to have many years of
fun-trouble-free cooking.
