Easy Whole Chicken:

1 Whole chicken
2 Tbs. olive oil
1 1/2 Cups of chicken broth
DIRECTIONS:
1. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Season with Salt and Pepper
2. Press the "Browning" button and heat the olive oil in the bottom of the cooker for
1 minute. Add chicken to hot oil and brown until golden.
4. Remove chicken
5. Add rack and broth
6. Place chicken on rack
Close lid and lock setting Pressure Release Valve to the "down pressure" position. Turn
the pressure control to "Medium"- Press the "Poultry" function button and then press
start. Cooker will automatically choose the correct cooking time. When chicken is fin-
ished the cooker will shut off automatically and go into a warming mode – four dashes
will appear on the front panel (----). Allow pressure to drop naturally, when the release
valve drops it is safe to open the cooker. Remove the chicken from the cooker to stop
cooking.

Stuffed Whole Chicken:

1 Whole chicken
2 Tbs. olive oil
1 Medium onion - chopped
1 1/2 Cups of clear chicken broth
1 package of stuffing (any brand, prepare following package directions)
DIRECTIONS:
1. Rinse chicken and pat dry. Season with Salt and Pepper
2. Stuff chicken cavity with prepared stuffing.
3. Press the "Browning" button and heat the olive oil in the bottom of the cooker for
1 minute. Add chicken and onion to hot oil and brown until golden.
4. Remove chicken
5. Add rack and broth
6. Place chicken on rack
