Main Shaft
1. Remove the internal snap ring (6).
2. Tap out the main shaft (4) to the rear.
NOTE
• When drawing out the main shaft, take out the following
parts one by one: copper washer (1), 23T gear (2) and 17T
gear (3).
(When reassembling)
• Install the copper washer to the front of 25T gear.

(3) 17T Gear
PTO Shift Fork
1. Remove the PTO safety switch (1).
2. Remove the bolt (2) and take out the spring and ball.
3. Tap out the spring pin (4).
4. Draw out the fork rod (3) to the rear.
5. Take out the shift fork (5).
(When reassembling)
• Take care not to damage or lose ball or spring.
