THE MENU

Group

The »Group« function is used to assign your dictation to a
specific group or department.
• Go to Workflow lists » « and confirm with the right
selection button »
• Select the »Group
» « button.
• Select »On request

– »On request«: a group may be selected for each new
dictation;
– »No entry«: no group selected;
– »Automatic«: each new dictation has the same
group.
• Confirm your selection with the »
Note:
For a new dictation, or if you have selected the
»Automatic« function, you select your group from the
list. »No entry
were defined.
Confirm with the »
You may create individual preallocations for the list
using the PC software.
