The »Group« function is used to assign your dictation to a
specific group or department.
• Use the up or down button » « » « to select the
»Group« menu item.
• Press the »OK« button.
• Use the up or down button » « » « to select »GR on«,
»GR off« or »GR auto«.
– If »GR on« is chosen, a group may be selected for each
new dictation;
– »GR off«, no group selected.
– »GR auto« means that each new dictation has the same
group.
• Press the »OK« button.
Notes:
If you have a new dictation, or if you have selected the
»GR auto« function, use the up or down button » « » «
to select your group from the list.
Press the »OK« button.
You may create individual preallocations for the list using
StenoNet.mail or Steno.trans PC software.
