Scanning a barcode for an existing dictation

• Switch on the dictation machine.
• Push the slide switch to »
• Use the navigation buttons »◄►« to select the dicta-
tion for which the barcode is to be scanned.
• Press the right button »
• Use the navigation buttons »◄►« to select the main
menu »
