Selecting by track list
Select

DVD mode and press the 9 button to
confirm.

Press the 9 button in MP3 mode when the

display/selection window is active.
The track list appears. The # dot indicates
the current track.
Select a track using the 9: buttons
X
and press the 9 button to confirm.

In MP3 mode, the list shows all the tracks
in alphabetical order.
Selecting a track using the number
keypad
Press the U button on the number
X
keypad.
A numerical entry field appears. The
number of positions offered corresponds to
the number of tracks on the CD/DVD. Only
numbers that correspond to a track
number on the CD/DVD can be entered.
Enter the desired track number using the
X
number keys.
To complete entry: press the 9 button.

Pressing and holding a number button for
2 seconds or more also completes entry
and the corresponding track is played.
Selecting using the multifunction
steering wheel
Switch on audio CD/DVD, MP3 or SD
X
memory card mode on COMAND.
Use the V or U button on the
X
multifunction steering wheel to select the
DISC display.
Press the 9 or : button on the
X
multifunction steering wheel.
You will hear the previous or next track. The
skip back function skips to the beginning of
the current track if the track has been
playing for more than eight seconds. If the
Audio CD/DVD and MP3 mode
track has been playing for less than eight
seconds, it skips to the start of the previous
in audio CD/
track.
Fast forwarding/rewinding
Selecting using COMAND
With the display/selection window active,

press the = or ; button repeatedly
until you reach the desired position.

Press and hold the E or F button

until the desired position is reached.
Selecting using the multifunction
steering wheel
Press and hold the 9 or : button on

the multifunction steering wheel until the
desired position has been reached.
Selecting a folder
This function is only available in MP3 mode.
Switch on MP3 mode (
