Components and devices that have been voltage tested according to their product standard
may be disconnected during testing.
The SINAMICS components are voltage tested in accordance with EN 61800-5-1 and are to
be disconnected during this test.
If they cannot be disconnected, input and output terminals must be short-circuited and a
bypass installed. In this case, a DC voltage that is 1.5 times the AC test voltage should be
used for testing.
