4. Connect the PORT jack on the Remote Module to the LINE jack
on one of the following telephones:
8410D
8410DR
8434D
NOTE:
The power supply that comes with the DEFINITY Extender
Remote Module cannot produce the power required by the
8434D telephone. An MSP-1 power supply must be used.

8411D when it becomes available (the analog port will not
function).
5. Connect one end of the line cord supplied with the Remote
Module to the LINE jack on the back of the Standalone Switch
Module and the other end to the LINE jack on the back of the
Remote Module.
6. Connect the AC adapters provided with each module to the
Standalone Switch Module and the Remote Module. Plug each
adapter into a standard 120-vac electrical outlet.
