An Operator at Optus has the ability to send messages to your
phone. These messages may be sent when Optus has an
important message for MobileSat S2 users. The phone beeps
twice when a new SysOp message is received.
To view the last received message,
use this function.

If a new System Operator Message has been received
in Standby mode, the screen will flash "System
Operator Message" and the phone will beep twice. To
