A prefix can be added to a phone number so that international
dialling can be made without dialling
This is for international use only. Refer to Number Sets page 54.
With a prefix set, a single

substituted with the prefix set by FCN 73. A maximum of 5 digits
can be used as a prefix.
The default prefix is 5 blanks to inhibit usage of the number
prefix.
