3. PREPARING TO OPERATE THE SCANNER
For Windows 98:
(1) After checking that the scanner and the computer are properly connected via the SCSI
interface cable, turn on the scanner first and then turn on the computer.
(2) When Windows 98 has been booted, the window below appears.
(3) Click the Next button.
(4) Point to "Search for the best driver for your device" and then click the Next button.
