Viewing and System Functionality Permissions

The Collaboration Server Web Client user's viewing and system functionality depend on the
Authorization Level assigned to each user as summarized in Table 3-1:

In addition to Chairpersons, Operators and Administrators, additional user types are:
Auditor: A user that can view Auditor Files and audit the system. For more information see the
Polycom® RealPresence Collaboration Server 800s Administrator's Guide, "Auditor" on
page 21-61.
Machine Account: A User Name associated with servers (machines). For more information see
the Polycom® RealPresence Collaboration Server 800s Administrator's Guide, "Users" on
page 15-1.
Administrator - Read Only: A user with the viewing and monitoring permissions of a regular
Administrator, but can only create system backups and cannot perform any other functional
operation. For more information see the Polycom® RealPresence Collaboration Server 800s
Administrator's Guide, "RMX Users" on page 15-1.
