Troubleshooting
If the projector is operating abnormally, stop using the projector immediately.
WARNING
smoke, strange odors, excessive sounds, damaged casing, elements or cables,
penetration by liquids or foreign matter, etc. In this situation, immediately disconnect
the power plug from the power outlet. After making sure that the smoke or odors
have stopped, contact your dealer or service company.
Otherwise if a problem occurs with the projector, the following troubleshooting steps are
recommended before requesting repair.
If these do not resolve the problem, please contact your dealer or service company. They
will tell you if the projector repair will be covered by warranty.

There is no input signal.
Please confirm the signal input connection, and the status
of the signal source.
Although an image input source is plugged into the USB
TYPE B port, USB TYPE B (50) is set to MOUSE.
Change USB TYPE B to USB DISPLAY in order to project
the image input to the USB TYPE B port. (You will not be
able to use the simple mouse and keyboard feature in this
case.) Otherwise select another port for image input.
The projector is waiting for an image file.
Check the hardware connection, projector settings and
network-related settings.
The computer-projector network connection might be
disconnected. Please re-connect using "Connect button"
of the "LiveViewer". (Using the "LiveViewer" in the
Network Guide)
The horizontal or vertical frequency of the input signal is
not within the specified range.
Please confirm your projector's specifications and the signal
source specifications.
The input signal is not supported.
