When the probe ratio is 1:1, 10:1, 20:1, 100:1, 200:1
1000:1, or 2000:1, a value equal to the PROBE command
parameter is returned.
When the probe ratio is set to "AUTO", the auto detected
probe ratio is returned to <probe>.
