This is a special attachment for hard-to-feed materials°
This foot prevents fabric slipping or puckering by feeding
fabrics with both upper and lower feed dogs The walking
foot is great for fine fabrics, knits, leather and matching
plaids°
E_Turn off the switch
[] Raise the needle and presser foot..
[] Loosen the thumbscrew and remove the foot holder
(Refer to page t 0)
[]Attach
walking foot to the presser bar with the lever
above the needle clamp, and secure it with the thumb
screw
NOTE:
Sew at low to medium speed.
Set the stitch length in the range of 0-4.

NOTES:
When using the 1/4°"seam foot, make sure to use the
center needle position, otherwise the needle may strike
the presser foot and possibly break.
Use a #11 blue stretch needle, which effectively prevents
skipped stitching.
Using the black bar as a guide, straight stitch fabric pieces
together. Use for keeping layers of fabric feeding evenly. A
must for sewing lightweight fabrics, matching plaids, stripes
and quilting.
