DHCP Server Mode

To set the modem up as a DHCP server for the internal Ethernet network, follow
the commands below:
DHCP LAN Configuration settings:
♦ Subnet: 192.168.1.0
♦ Subnet mask: 255.255.255.240
♦ Gateway: 192.168.1.1
♦ PC's IP range: 192.168.1.2~15
1. Remove the current DHCP Server configuration.
SMC70032AE> dhcpserver config flush
dhcpserver: Configuration file flushed.
SMC70032AE> dhcpserver config confirm
dhcpserver: Config changes confirmed, use "flashfs update" to commit.
: New config will not be parsed and adopted until server
: reset - do this ASAP.
2. Enter the commands below to set up the DHCP Server.
SMC70032AE> dhcpserver config add subnet 192.168.1.0 netmask
255.255.255.240
