1. For Windows 95 users only, repeatedly push the Media Type
button on the printer's control panel to cycle through the
list of available media types until you select the media
loaded in the printer. If you do not see your media in the
list, select Other/Media Selection Off.
Note:
The printer's Media Type setting does not work with
Windows 3.1, because Windows 3.1 does not support this
function.
The media selection you make here can be overridden by the
Media Type setting you make in your printer driver or
application. The main purpose of this selection is to notify
you in case the media loaded in the printer does not match
the media you select in the software. You can turn off the
notification function by selecting Other/Media Selection
Off. For detailed information on the Media Type setting, see
page 3-13.
2. From your application, open the document you want to print.
3. Click Print on the File menu. The Print dialog box (or a
similar dialog box) appears.
