The cyan ink cartridge is nearly empty.
Obtain a replacement cyan ink cartridge.

The cyan ink cartridge is empty.
Replace the cyan ink cartridge with a new one
(S020130).
The paper-release lever is not in the correct
position.1
Match the paper-release lever position with the
kind of paper and paper source you use.
An unknown printer error has occurred.
Turn off the printer, and contact your dealer.
