2. Basic operation of the sewing machine
1) Turn ON the power switch.
Frst, check that presser type A whch has been
set s the same as that of the presser actually
mounted. For checkng and settng procedures,
refer to 4. Inputting the presser type.
2) Select the pattern No. you desire to sew.
When the power s turned ON, the pattern No.
B which is selected at present flashes on and
off. When you desre to change t, press ITEM
SELECTION key !0
you desre to sew. When you purchase the
sewng machne, pattern No.  to 0 descrbed n
11.Changing sewing data have been regstered.
Select the pattern No. you sesre to sew from
among these numbers. (The No. wth whch the
pattern has not been regstered s not dsplayed.)
3) Set the sewing machine to sewing possible state.
Press READY key 2
and sewng s possble.
4) Start sewing.
Set the sewng product to the presser porton, and operate the pedal to start the sewng machne, and
sewng starts. When you purchase the sewng machne, 2-pedal type has been set. However, pedal
operatng procedure can be selected from among three ones. Select the operatng procedure you desre

Ths sewng machne can be used by selectng the pedal operatng procedure from among 3 types below.
Select the operating procedure you desire for working efficiency and use the sewing machine.
(1) Setting procedure of the pedal type
1) Call the pedal type setting parameter.
Press MODE key 1
