Transfer to a Specific Extension

Transfer Directly to an Extension
Callers can dial individual extensions directly from the
Main Menu when corresponding Selector Codes are
reserved for direct extension dialing. For example,
if the extensions at ABC Travel Agency range from
28 to 48, Selector Codes 2, 3, and 4 could be reserved
for direct dialing. Callers who want to be connected to
a specific extension can dial the extension number
after the greeting plays.
To transfer calls to a specific extension, follow the
procedure below.
Be sure to update the Main Menu on Planning
