GROUP CALL DISTRIBUTION (OUTSIDE LINES)
Outside lines can also be assigned to a Group Call Distribution group.
When a call comes in for a group, the system selects a voice terminal in
the group to receive the outside call directly. Ordinarily, you are not a
member of a group, but serve as a backup for a group by having the
group's line button on your console programmed for delayed ringing. This
way if no one in the group answers, you can answer the call and take a
message or transfer the call to the group. If you are a member of a group
and your voice terminal is chosen to receive the call, the call rings at your
console immediately.
To transfer an outside call to a group:
Touch Transfer.
Dial the appropriate group code.

You can program a button for each Group Call Distribution group, so you

listed in the Group Call Distribution procedure.
