Installing Feature Packages
Procedure
1. Access the CMS Services menu by entering:

The program responds:
Lucent Technologies CentreVu(R) Call Management System Services
Menu
Select a command from the list below.
1) auth_display Display feature authorizations
2) auth_set
3) run_cms
4) setup
5) swinfo
6) swsetup
7) patch_inst
8) patch_rmv
9) load_all
10) back_all
Enter choice (1-10) or q to quit:
2. Enter 1 to select the auth_display option. The program
responds by displaying the current authorizations (for example):
Lucent Technologies CentreVu(R) Supervisor
Lucent Technologies CentreVu(R) Report Designer
Simultaneous CentreVu Supervisor logins
3. Verify that the system is authorized for the External Call History
package.
NOTE
If External Call History is not authorized but should be, go to
"Setting Authorizations" on Page 3-15
