and is defined during CMS setup (see

as assigned on the Node Names form. In
these examples, cmshost is used.
Use the default of 0.
Although not strictly required, the standard
CMS provisioning practice is to set the local
and remote port assignments equal to the
processor channel assignment for each
connection.
