Up to 64 processor sockets, four per cell, with each cell
having either single Intel® Itanium® 2 processors or HP
mx2 dual-processor modules with Itanium 2 processors.
(Up to 128 processor cores total when using HP mx2
modules.)
Runs HP-UX B.11.23, HP-UX B.11.31, and Microsoft®
Windows® Server 2003. nPartitions with single Itanium 2
processors also can run HP OpenVMS I64, Red Hat
Enterprise Linux, and SuSE Linux Enterprise Server.
These models use the HP sx1000 chipset:
