Setting the DATE/TIME

✤ Displays the DATE / TIME on the LCD monitor
while recording or playing a tape.
✤ The DATE / TIME setting works in both REC and
PLAY modes.
1. Turn on your camcorder by setting the Power Switch
to REC mode.
2. Press the MENU button.

The top menu including "VIEWER" is displayed.
3. Press the DOWN button to select "VIEWER", then
press the OK button.

The submenu including "DATE/TIME" is
displayed.
4. Press the DOWN button to select "DATE/TIME",
then press the OK button.

The options available for DATE/TIME display
are listed.
5. Select an option using the DOWN or UP button,
then press the OK button.
I
The selected option is applied.
6. Press the MENU button to exit the menu screen.
Reference
✤ Date and Time information is automatically recorded
on a special data area of the tape.
✤ The DATE/TIME will read "- - -" under the following
conditions:
During playback of a blank section of a tape.
If the tape was recorded before setting the clock in
Camcorder mode.
When the Lithium battery becomes weak or dead.
✤ Before setting the DATE/TIME, be sure to set the CLOCK. Refer to
Setting the Clock in page 38.

DATUM/ZEIT einstellen

✤ DATUM/ZEIT <DATE / TIME> werden auf dem
LCD-Bildschirm angezeigt, während ein Video
aufgenommen oder abgespielt wird.
✤ Die Einstellung von DATUM/ZEIT ist sowohl im
REC-Modus als auch im PLAY-Modus verfügbar.
1. Schalten Sie den Camcorder ein, indem Sie mit dem
Hauptschalter den REC-Modus einstellen.
2. Drücken Sie die Taste MENÜ <MENU>.

Das Hauptmenü mit dem Menüpunkt "ANZEIGE
<VIEWER>" wird angezeigt.
3. Drücken Sie die Taste NACH UNTEN, um
"ANZEIGE<VIEWER>" zu wählen. Drücken Sie
anschließend die Taste OK.

Das Untermenü mit dem Menüpunkt
DATUM/ZEIT wird angezeigt.
4. Drücken Sie die Taste NACH UNTEN, um
"DATUM/ZEIT<DATE/TIME>" auszuwählen. Drücken
Sie anschließend die Taste OK.

Die möglichen Optionen für DATUM/ZEIT werden
angezeigt.
5. Wählen Sie mit Hilfe der Tasten NACH UNTEN bzw.
NACH OBEN eine Option aus, und bestätigen Sie
mit der Taste OK.

Die ausgewählte Option wird verwendet.
6. Drücken Sie die Taste MENÜ <MENU>, um die
Menüanzeige zu verlassen.
Hinweise
✤ Datum und Uhrzeit werden automatisch auf das
Band an einem speziellen Speicherort gespeichert.
✤ Die Anzeige von DATUM/ZEIT sieht in folgenden
Fällen so aus "- - -":
Wenn ein unbespielter Bandabschnitt abgespielt wird.
Wenn das Band bespielt wurde, bevor die Uhr im
Camcorder-Modus eingestellt wurde.
Wenn der Lithium-Akku zu schwach oder entladen ist.
✤ Bevor Sie DATUM/ZEIT einstellen, muss die UHR eingestellt sein.
