Scanner initialization has failed. Try
turning the power off and back on
again. The administrator should
contact the FUJITSU scanner dealer or
an authorized FUJITSU scanner
service provider for help

Try the following:
Enter a correct authorized user
(DN) and password.
Enter a valid authorized user
(DN) and password.
Contact an administrator to
check that the LDAP server is
set.
Contact an administrator to
check the status of the server.
Contact an administrator to
check that the password has not
expired.
Try the following:
Check that the cables are
connected to the scanner
properly.
If the scanner does not restart
automatically, press the
[Shutdown] button on the
"Login" screen to turn the
power off, and turn the power
back on again to restart the
scanner.
If the error status persists after
the scanner is restarted, press
the [Shutdown] button on the
"Login" screen, disconnect try
turning the power off for 10
seconds, and back on again. If
the error status persists, contact
your FUJITSU scanner dealer or
an authorized FUJITSU scanner
service provider.
Contact a system administrator to
have the LDAP search base format
corrected.
